Account Security
Every time you log in to 100cuxi, multiple active security layers run automatically to ensure your account is always protected.
All data you enter during login — including your username and password — is automatically encrypted using 256-bit SSL, the same level of encryption used by major banks in Malaysia.
Enable 2FA in your account settings for an extra layer of protection. Every login attempt will require an OTP code sent to your mobile number.
Our system monitors every login activity in real time. Any login attempt from a new device or location will automatically trigger additional verification.
Your login session will automatically expire after a period of inactivity to prevent unauthorised access, especially if you are using a public or shared device.
Logging in to your 100cuxi account is a straightforward process that takes less than a minute. That said, many new players sometimes wonder what to do if they run into issues during login. This guide will help you understand everything you need to know about logging in to the 100cuxi platform.
To log in, you only need your registered username or email address and your account password. Make sure you type both details accurately, including uppercase and lowercase letters for the password as our system is case-sensitive. This is an important security measure we implement to protect your account.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken directly to your account dashboard where you can view your current balance, available bonuses, betting history, and more. From here, you can browse all available games or manage your account settings as needed.
For best security, we recommend you do not save your password on public browsers or shared devices. Always log out after you finish playing, especially on devices that are not yours.
If you use the 100cuxi mobile app, the login process becomes even easier. You can use the biometric login feature — fingerprint or face recognition — available on supported iOS and Android devices. This lets you log in securely in under a second without typing your password every time.
Forgetting your password is common and we have provided a simple and secure reset process. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account in no time.
First, click the "Forgot Password" link found below the login button. You will be asked to enter the email address registered to your account. After submitting the request, check your email inbox — you will receive an email from 100cuxi containing a password reset link within a few minutes.
The link is only valid for 30 minutes for security reasons. Click the link in the email and you will be taken to a page where you can set a new password. Choose a strong password — at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
If you don't receive the password reset email within 5 minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder. If the email still can't be found, contact our support team via live chat for immediate assistance.
Once you have successfully set your new password, you can log in immediately using it. We will also send a notification email to inform you that your account password has been changed, as an added security measure to ensure only you made the change.
While 100cuxi uses the latest security technology to protect your account, there are several best practices you can follow to ensure your account stays safe at all times.
By following these security measures, you can ensure your account and funds at 100cuxi are always fully protected. Remember, account security is a shared responsibility between the platform and the user.
The 100cuxi mobile app offers a faster and more secure login experience compared to a standard web browser. Available to download on iOS and Android, it is designed to provide a seamless login experience across all screen sizes.
One of the key advantages of logging in via the app is support for biometric authentication. On devices that support Touch ID or Face ID, you can set up biometric login in the app settings. After the initial setup with your password, you can log in with just your fingerprint or face recognition — secure, fast, and hassle-free.
The 100cuxi App also stores a secure session token so you don't need to log in again every time you open the app, as long as you haven't manually logged out or the token has expired. This delivers a smoother, more enjoyable experience without compromising your account security.
Log in faster with the 100cuxi app. Fingerprint & face recognition supported.
